Tianma mainly enters the liver meridian, with the effect of calming the liver and extinguishing wind (regulating the function of the liver to get rid of the wind evil caused by abnormal function of the internal organs), tranquilizing the mind and sedating the spirit, and is suitable for the internal movement of the liver wind caused by various reasons, and for convulsions of eclampsia and epilepsy. If the treatment of tetanus, spasm and convulsions, horns and bows (the back of the neck is highly straightened, so that the body is tilted like a bow), etc., it can be used in combination with white aconite, tiannanxing, fengfeng, etc.; if the treatment of epileptic convulsions due to liver wind upward disturbance (the wind caused by the liver interferes with the head upward), it can be used singly. Tianma has the effect of resting liver wind and calming liver yang, which is suitable for headache and dizziness caused by various reasons, especially for those caused by hyperactivity of liver yang (excessive liver yang, causing dizziness, dizziness, headache and other symptoms). This product can also dispel wind and promote circulation, suitable for rheumatic limb numbness, limb contracture (limb spasm, unable to stretch and bend normally), lumbar and leg pain. A few patients may have adverse reactions such as dryness of the mouth and nose, dizziness, stomach upset, etc., and it is recorded in Lei Gong Gun Zhi Lun that “Make the root of Wu Feng Cao, don’t make Tian Ma, if the two pieces are used together, that is, it will make people suffer from intestinal knotting.” Drugs must be used under the guidance of a doctor, do not blindly self-medication, in order to avoid adverse consequences.
