Pearl-like penile papules are mainly manifested as pearly, translucent papules appearing on the coronal edge of the penis and the coronal groove, with different colors, which can be white, yellow or light red, with the size of 0.5~1mm, the papules grow slowly, and with the progression of the lesion can be conical in shape, with a velvety substance at the tip, glossy, with a smooth surface, hard texture, no pressure pain, and adjacent papules are usually not merged with each other. General patients with pearly penile papules, usually no obvious self-conscious symptoms, if there is secondary inflammation and infection, there can be mild itching, the impact on the patient’s health is not great, can be lifelong, can also be self-healing.
