What are the diagnostic criteria for drug-related hepatitis?

The diagnostic criteria for drug-related hepatitis are as follows: (1) manifestation of liver damage within 1-4 weeks after administration of the agent (with the exception of testosterone hormones); (2) initial symptoms may include fever, rash, itching and other allergic manifestations; (3) eosinophils greater than 6% in the peripheral blood; (4) pathological and clinical signs of intrahepatic cholestasis or parenchymal cell damage; (5) positive macrophage or (5) positive lymphocyte transformation test; (6) positive serum markers for various viral hepatitis; (7) occasional readministration of the drug and the occurrence of liver damage. The first of the above, plus any two of them, can be considered as drug-related hepatitis.
