Low-grade CIN refers to low-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, which is divided into low-grade and high-grade lesions. Within the high-grade lesions, there are also high-grade lesions of II-III. For low-grade CIN, if there are no other viral high-risk types positive, it can be temporarily observed closely and no further treatment is needed. However, during the follow-up close monitoring process, TCT and HPV examination of the cervix should be performed again in 3-6 months. If there is no problem with these two tests, the interval between tests can be extended, but close follow-up is still necessary. If there is a strong personal desire, conical hysterectomy can be performed if necessary.
