Bone fibrillation, short for abnormal bone fiber proliferation, is a bone disease in which patients usually do not have any clinical manifestations, and the presence of this disease is mostly discovered after trauma leading to pathological fractures. The clinical manifestations and imaging examinations are very similar to bone tumors, so it is easy to be confused with bone tumors and may be misdiagnosed. Since it is not a bone tumor, treatment is relatively simple, as surgical lesion removal and bone grafting can be given, and intravenous zoledronic acid can also be given. After treatment, it is important to follow up with the hospital frequently to understand the bone growth through imaging.
