Formula for treating deficiency of Qi and Blood

Formulas for treating qi and blood deficiency include Eight Treasures Granules and Ten Complete Pills.
Eight Treasures Granules, caused by white peony, white atractylodes, chuanxiong, angelica, codonopsis, poria, licorice, and ripened di Huang. It has the effect of tonifying qi and benefiting blood. It is used for yellowish complexion (yellowish color without luster) caused by deficiency of qi and blood, loss of appetite, weakness of limbs, and excessive menstruation. Caution is advised for pregnant women.
Shiquan Da Mending Pill, composed of Codonopsis Pilosulae, Fried Atractylodes Macrocephalae, Poria, Roasted Licorice, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, White Paeoniae Alba in Wine, Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, Roasted Astragali and Cinnamon. It is used for symptoms such as pale face, shortness of breath and palpitation (rapid heartbeat, often accompanied by panic), dizziness and spontaneous sweating (involuntary sweating during the daytime, aggravated by sweating with slight movement) caused by deficiency of qi and blood, tiredness and fatigue, lack of warmth in the limbs, and heavy menstrual flow.
