Stage IVa differentiated non-keratinized nasopharyngeal carcinoma is already in advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and the treatment modes include radiotherapy, surgical resection and symptomatic supportive treatment. 1. Radiotherapy: Stage IVa nasopharyngeal cancer indicates that the tumor has already undergone distant metastasis, i.e. it has entered the advanced stage. Most nasopharyngeal cancer lesions are more sensitive to radiation therapy, and radiotherapy is preferred in clinic. However, in advanced nasopharyngeal cancer patients, the sensitivity of their cancer tissues to radiotherapy decreases, so radiotherapy and chemotherapy need to be used in combination. 2. Surgical resection: if the tumor is controlled by radiotherapy, patients can undergo surgical resection of primary lesions and metastatic lesions, so as to reduce the tumor load of the body and prolong the survival period. 3. Symptomatic supportive therapy: for patients with obvious pain, analgesic drugs can be applied as prescribed by doctors. If the patient will have bleeding symptoms, hemostatic drugs can be used. Patients with poor nutrition can be given nutritional support. Patients with stage IVa differentiated non-keratinizing nasopharyngeal carcinoma should go to the hospital in time, and under the guidance of doctors and in combination with their own conditions, receive standardized treatment to improve the quality of life.
