What are the effects of jujube, cinnamon, mulberry and rose hips?

Jujubes have the effects of tonifying the middle Jiao (treating Qi deficiency by tonifying the spleen), nourishing blood and tranquilizing the mind; Gui Yuan, also known as longan meat, has the effects of tonifying the heart and spleen, nourishing blood and tranquilizing the mind; mulberries have the effects of nourishing yin and nourishing blood, generating fluids and moistening the intestines; roses have the effects of promoting qi and relieving depression, harmonizing the blood and relieving pain.
1. Jujube: Used in spleen deficiency syndrome, dirty mania (upset and depression, sadness and want to cry for no reason), insomnia syndrome and so on. It should be taken with caution or contraindicated in cases of dampness, phlegm condensation, food stagnation, worms accumulation and dental diseases.
2. Longan meat: used for overthinking, straining the heart and spleen, palpitations (intense heartbeat, panic), insomnia and forgetfulness. Those who have phlegm fire and dampness stagnation (water stays in the body) should not take it.

4. Rose: used for liver and stomach qi pain, eating less and vomiting, menstrual failure, bruises and injuries. Caution should be exercised in cases of yin deficiency and fire exuberance.
