Moist burn cream is generally not a treatment for decubitus ulcers, because moist burn cream is mainly effective for burns caused by the skin surface and can moisten or protect the wound surface, while for decubitus ulcers, most of them are caused by prolonged bed rest resulting in skin compression damage, and the simple application of moist burn cream cannot play a preventive and therapeutic role. For decubitus ulcers, prevention should come before treatment. For decubitus ulcers that have already appeared, iodine vapour can be properly applied to disinfect them, and then decomposition and muscle-building cream or anti-inflammatory ointment can be applied locally to effectively prevent further aggravation of decubitus ulcers, while regular turning of the patient to assist in proper massage is conducive to the recovery of hemorrhoids and the reduction of complications and infections.
