The enteroscopic manifestations of intestinal tuberculosis include intestinal mucosal lesions, intestinal ulcers, intestinal pseudo-polyps and hyperplastic nodules and intestinal stenosis. 1. Intestinal mucosal lesions: the mucosa is congested and edematous, the shape of blood vessels is blurred, and the mucosa is brittle. Foci of erosion with mucous exudate are visible. 2. Intestinal ulcers: the ulcers can be single or multiple, the number of size and depth varies, oval or round-like, usually seen in the end of the ileum, ileocecal valve, cecum and all ends of the large intestine. 3. Intestinal pseudo-polyps and hyperplastic nodules: intestinal tuberculosis may cause thickening of the intestinal wall, superficial erosions and pseudo-polyps of varying sizes in the early stage of the disease, and some of the intestinal tuberculosis may appear to have hyperplasia as the main change. 4. Intestinal stenosis: there will be scar formation during the healing process of tuberculosis, which will cause intestinal deformation, and in severe cases, it may cause intestinal lumen ring stenosis.
