Significance of liver function indicators

For the liver function items, there are generally related indexes such as glutathione, glutamic oxalacetic transaminase, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin, total protein, albumin, globulin, alkaline phosphatase and GGT. The above indexes can mostly reflect the liver function in the body, and for GLA and GGT, they mainly reflect whether the patient has liver insufficiency or liver cell necrosis. If the liver aminotransferase is mildly elevated and the patient has previously consumed alcohol, taken medication or exerted himself or stayed up late, the patient may consider taking bifenthrin drops or dicyclomine tablets to actively lower the aminotransferase while actively resting. If the patient has elevated bilirubin, direct bilirubin is the main cause of biliary obstruction; if indirect bilirubin is elevated, it is mostly caused by hepatocyte necrosis. If the albumin is too low, the patient’s liver function is poor and the synthesis of albumin is reduced, resulting in hypoproteinemia, which requires intravenous albumin infusion for further supplementation.
