Whether or not you bleed after pregnancy has little to do with diagnosing cervical cancer. Pregnancy without bleeding is a normal manifestation after pregnancy. Early stage of cervical cancer is mostly asymptomatic and without obvious signs, and some patients may have contact bleeding. Late stage of cervical cancer manifests as irregular vaginal bleeding. After vaginal bleeding occurs during pregnancy and obstetric causes of bleeding are excluded, gynecological examination reveals suspicious lesions of the cervix, colposcopy and cervical curettage should be performed, and cervical biopsy under the guidance of colposcopy should be performed for clear diagnosis if necessary. Pregnant women who do not bleed in pregnancy without cervical lesions are not considered to have cervical cancer and should continue their pregnancy. If unexplained vaginal bleeding occurs in the course of pregnancy, she should go to the hospital in time for relevant examination, clarification of the cause and relevant treatment.
