The medical imaging diagnosis report contains: 1) patient information: name, gender, age, case number and other basic information; 2) examination mode: the mode taken is CT, MRI or other imaging examinations; 3) image description: the content obtained by the doctor based on the images acquired by the machine; 4) image conclusion: a conclusion is drawn based on the images, including four categories of cases: no obvious abnormalities, minor problems without diagnostic significance, suspected abnormalities, and abnormalities found, and timely treatment according to the lesions.
