Normal adult axillary temperature is 36 ℃ ~ 37 ℃, axillary temperature 37.5 belongs to the state of hypothermia, not normal body temperature.
There are many causes of hypothermia, mainly including physiological causes, pathological causes, such as infectious diseases, non-infectious diseases.
1. Physiological reasons: mental tension, after strenuous exercise, before and after menstruation, early pregnancy, etc., can cause hypothermia.
2. Pathologic causes
(1) Infectious diseases: such as tuberculosis, chronic focal infection, post-streptococcal infection state, chronic viral hepatitis, systemic giant cell inclusion body disease, syphilis, etc., can cause low fever.
(2) Non-infectious diseases: such as hyperthyroidism, rheumatic fever, lupus erythematosus, hematological diseases, tumors, autonomic dysfunction, etc. can also cause hypothermia.
