Acupuncture points that can be chosen for chloasma are Zygomaticos, Sun, Xiaguan, etc. There is no such thing as “the most feared acupuncture point”.
1. Zygomaticos: Located on the face, directly below the canthus of the eye, in the depression of the lower edge of the zygomatic bone is the point, this point is the point of the small intestine meridian of the sun of the hand, it has the effect of clearing away heat and swelling, dispelling wind and clearing the meridians (dispelling the wind and clearing the meridians).
2. Sun: Located on the head, between the tip of the eyebrow and the canthus of the eye, in the depression about 1 horizontal finger backward, this point is a meridian point with the function of clearing away heat and swelling, relieving pain and relaxing the collaterals.
3. Xia Guan: Located on the face, in the depression between the center of the lower edge of the zygomatic arch and the mandibular notch. When the mouth is closed, the lower edge of the zygomatic arch in front of the ear screen can be touched by a depression, which has the effect of subduing swelling and relieving pain (eliminating swelling and pain), clearing heat and dispelling wind.
The above three acupoints are the three commonly used acupoints for the treatment of chloasma by Jin San Needle, which has certain effect on chloasma and dark spots.
