Women’s breasts pinched inside a pile of hard normal?

If there is a hard lump pinched inside the breast of an adolescent woman and there is no pain, it is mostly a normal physiological phenomenon. However, some breast diseases can also feel the presence of a hard lump when touching the breast, which usually belongs to an abnormal situation. Therefore, if this happens, you should go to the hospital to clarify the cause. The normal breast tissue of women is connective tissue, relatively tough, and girls in the growth period can feel a hard lump in their breasts as they develop, which is mostly a normal physiological change and not a cause for concern. However, some diseases can also lead to hard lumps in the breasts, such as mammary gland hyperplasia, benign lumps in the breast and other benign changes, which need to be checked regularly. For women above middle age, if there are hard lumps with pigmentation or orange peel-like changes on the skin surface, this situation may be caused by breast cancer, so it is necessary to go to the hospital in time to seek medical consultation and actively treat the cause after it is clear. To avoid breast diseases, it is recommended that women maintain regular and formal breast lump examination techniques, specifically by gently palpating with the palm side of the finger after putting four fingers together, completing the procedure in the order of upper outer breast, lower outer breast, lower inner breast and upper inner breast, then gently squeezing the areola and the underside of the nipple to check for lumps, and finally gently pinching the nipple to check for fluid overflow and checking the armpit for swelling.
