Patients with cervical spondylosis can relieve neck discomfort through posture adjustment, rest, and neck and shoulder muscle massage. The eight movements currently standardized clinically are: 1. neck exercise, adopt a sitting posture, stand with legs together, and repeatedly extend and contract the neck until the neck becomes sore and swollen. 2. stretch the neck muscles, keep the limbs upright, hold the left side of the head with the right hand, and stretch the left hand on the back side. 3. first try your head to Lean back against the chest, tilt back against the neck, hold for three seconds and then lift the head and end flat. 4.Bend the head forward and then turn back to the original position, repeat ten times. 5.Tilt back the neck, stretch the head back and then return to the initial position, repeat five times. 6.Rotate the neck repeatedly, from left to right, repeat again and again. 7.Stretch the neck, tilt the head to the left and hold for a few seconds, then rotate and tilt the head to the right and hold for a few seconds. 8.Repeat Shrugging exercise, shrugging the shoulders up and down and back and forth, alternating the exercise in rotation.
