If the lung ct is not abnormal, lung cancer can usually be ruled out, but not 100%. Generally lung ct can check for nodules or occupations in the lungs, but cannot confirm the diagnosis.
Lung CT can check for bronchopulmonary cancer. On chest CT, lung cancer may have certain manifestations, such as lung occupancy, which may show signs of malignant tumor such as irregular margins, lobular sign, burr, etc. Enhancement may be seen under enhanced CT, or lymph node enlargement, which can make a preliminary diagnosis.
After the initial diagnosis, it is necessary to clarify the pathological type through lung puncture, bronchoscopy and other examinations, and after pathological diagnosis. After the diagnosis is confirmed, the patient can be evaluated by MRI, CT, ECT and other systemic evaluation for clinical staging, and then the corresponding treatment plan can be formulated for the patient.
If ground-glass nodules are found in the lungs, it is recommended that the patient should go to the hospital for review every 3-6 months, and the need for surgical resection should be decided according to the doctor’s advice, in order to strive for early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment.
