As the whole society has gradually entered into aging, the incidence of osteoarthropathy and femoral neck fracture in the elderly has increased significantly, and the concept and method of treatment have been improved continuously. Since January 1998~August 2007, our hospital has completed a total of 1058 cases of artificial joint replacement, among which 112 cases of artificial hip and knee joint replacement were performed on elderly people over 75 years old, and the clinical efficacy was satisfactory.
