Can men also have breast lumps?

Male breast cancer patients account for about 1% of all patients. The reasons for this include: genetic factors, taking some drugs containing estrogen when suffering from prostate disease, accumulation of estrogen in the body due to liver lesions, fat cells in the body converting androgens into estrogen in middle-aged obesity, and radiation, etc. Breast lumps are easier to detect in men, but you should come to a breast specialist for further examination as soon as possible if you have the following conditions: unilateral breast lumps, swelling, hard texture of the lump, poor mobility; breast skin indentation, occasional nipple overflow, nipple retraction; if you find enlarged axillary lymph nodes you should also be alert.
