2. Drug therapy: patients with osteonecrosis of the femoral head can choose anticoagulant drugs such as warfarin and low molecular heparin, drugs to inhibit osteoclast activity such as diphosphonates, drugs to improve hemodynamics such as prostaglandin, and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs such as ibuprofen and celecoxib to relieve the pain and discomfort under the guidance of doctors.
3. Surgery: commonly used in the treatment of femoral head necrosis and is the main treatment method of femoral head necrosis. Common surgical treatments include medullary decompression, osteotomy, bone grafting without blood transport, artificial hip replacement and so on.
There are also other treatments such as physical therapy and traditional Chinese medicine, but all of them should be chosen under the guidance of the doctor and should not be used blindly.
