How to drink raw lemon in water

Raw lemons can be brewed with water at 50 to 60 degrees.
It is not recommended to brew fresh lemons in water with high water temperature because fresh lemons contain a lot of vitamin C, which is destroyed at high temperatures. So when steeping fresh lemons, it is advisable to keep the water temperature between 50 and 60 degrees.
Before soaking fresh lemons, you can soak the lemons in salt water for about 10 minutes and then clean the skin of the lemons. Cut the lemons into slices and soak them in water of the right water temperature to drink. Lemons may have a sour and astringent taste, so you can put some rock sugar or honey in the lemonade to flavor it for a better taste.
In addition, lemonade should not be stored for too long, especially if it has added sugar or honey. If it is stored at room temperature for too long, it is easy to breed bacteria, which may cause gastrointestinal infections and vomiting, diarrhea and other discomforts after drinking it. If you feel unwell after drinking lemonade, seek medical attention.
