Rhinitis and nosebleeds are not nose cancer

Rhinitis and nasal cancer both have symptoms of nosebleed, but nosebleed in rhinitis is not necessarily nasal cancer. To determine whether rhinitis with nosebleed is nasal cancer or not, it is necessary to go to the hospital to do nasal endoscopy and pathological biopsy to determine. The more common causes of nosebleed in rhinitis are dry rhinitis and allergic rhinitis, which cause erosion of nasal mucosa and lead to bleeding. It may also be caused by the rupture of capillaries inside the nasal cavity and bleeding, and some patients are caused by deviated nasal septum, and the symptoms of nosebleed are different due to the different degree of condition of each person. Nasal cancer refers to malignant tumors growing in the nasal cavity and sinuses. Unilateral nasal congestion is common, and some patients may also have bilateral nasal congestion, and repeated bleeding from the nose may occur during the growth of cancer. Part of the pathology can be clearly diagnosed by doing nasal endoscopy and clamping the lesion tissue for pathological biopsy. After nosebleed, patients with rhinitis are recommended to actively go to the hospital for consultation and standardized treatment according to the doctor’s instruction after the cause of the disease is clarified.
