Papillary thyroid cancer, also known as papillary thyroid cancer, belongs to the category of stone gall in Chinese medicine, which needs to be recognized and treated with medication according to different types of evidence. According to Chinese medicine practitioners, stone gall can be divided into phlegm and stasis, stasis and heat injury to yin, deficiency of qi and yin (deficiency of both qi and yin), and so on, and should be treated according to different types of symptoms and medications. 1. It can be treated by adding and subtracting Tongjiao and Xuebao Tang, and Nourishing Yin and Clearing Lung (dispelling lung-heat by nourishing the fluid in the lungs) Tang to nourish the yin, dissolve the blood stasis, and dissipate the lumps. 3. Qi and yin deficiency (deficiency of both qi and yin) syndrome: manifested by lumps at the laryngeal nodes, or no more lumps after surgery, but accompanied by fatigue, shortness of breath, panic, dry mouth and tongue. It can be treated by adding or subtracting Sheng Vein Drink to benefit qi and nourish yin (replenish vital energy and yin fluid), and strengthen the root of the disease. Chinese medicine should be used under the guidance of a physician. It should be noted that Chinese medicine treatment of papillary thyroid cancer is only auxiliary treatment, if papillary thyroid cancer is diagnosed, surgical resection is preferred, and then it can be combined with Chinese medicine according to the patient’s physical condition.
