Multiple solid nodules in the lungs may be metastatic tumors or primary tumors in the lungs, which need to be identified by relevant examinations.
1. Lung metastatic tumor: combined with a history of malignant neoplasm, commonly found in intestinal tumors, liver tumors, renal tumors, etc.; the imaging manifestation is a solid nodule with round or round-like shape and smooth and neat margins.
2. Primary lung tumor: no history of malignant tumor is found in the past; the imaging manifestation is that the edge of the nodule is burr-like, lobular, pleural pulling and other signs, the morphology is irregular, and some of them may become ground-glass nodules with solid components.
It is recommended that the patient actively cooperate with the doctor, improve the relevant examination, such as PET-CT examination, to understand the metastatic situation, and follow the doctor’s advice to actively treat.
