If the patient’s blood pressure is very high, with high pressure >180mmHg and low pressure >110mmHg, headache caused by hypertension should be suspected. If the blood pressure is only 120-130mmHg and there is headache and head swelling, it is not necessarily caused by hypertension, and the doctor needs to determine the cause based on the clinical situation and blood pressure.
