Frequent incidence of powerlessness should not be underestimated

In one day, Mr. Wang’s mood experienced three ups and three downs, extremely unsettled. In the morning at work, is reporting to the leadership of the quarter sales results, a sudden feeling of excitement right upper and lower limb weakness, people leaned to the right, colleagues rushed to help him sit down, rest for about 10 minutes, Mr. Wang felt the strength restored, thinking that it may be too late to work late yesterday, too tired, not to mention that it is now okay. So he refused the kindness of his colleagues to persuade him to rest and continued to work. In the afternoon to meet with customers, the two sides are chatting, Mr. Wang suddenly felt his right hand can not hold the pen, right arm a little numb, heart thump, activities, found that the right limb than usual heavy, but still able to move, about 5 minutes and back to normal. I thought, “Could it be that my cervical spondylosis has returned, I need to rest after work. Two hours later, when he returned home, he fell to the right before he could touch the keys, and his right arm and leg could not be lifted. This Mr. Wang panicked, his family rushed to the hospital neurology emergency.
Just from the ambulance, Mr. Wang was surprised to find his right arm and right leg moving freely again, he could not help but be happy and annoyed, wondering, “What happened to me? The emergency neurologist took a detailed medical history and told Mr. Wang, “Your disease is called transient ischemic attack, a kind of stroke disease, which occurs suddenly and usually recovers completely in about 1 hour without sequelae, and can recur, with roughly the same performance each time, and is the most important risk factor for cerebral infarction, many of which are precursors of cerebral infarction. If left untreated or if treatment is ineffective, 1/3 develop a cerebral infarction, 1/3 continue to have attacks, and 1/3 can resolve on their own.” ”Then how can I make it stop seizing?” Mr. Wang asked urgently. ”First of all, we have to control some risk factors, such as high blood pressure, high blood sugar and high blood fat. Secondly, we will check your head and neck blood vessels by MRI to clarify whether there is any obvious stenosis or occlusion; we will also check your heart and other parts to rule out any source of small emboli. We will also control the formation of blood clots and avoid another attack by using anti-platelet anticoagulant drugs. As to how effective it is, it will take a few days of observation to know. Don’t be careless when you encounter this kind of situation in the future, come to the hospital early, otherwise you will miss the best treatment time, like you are in your prime, won’t you regret it! “The doctor said to Mr. Wang with a slight reproach. ”Yes, I will definitely pay attention, but also to remind friends around, frequent weakness is not underestimated, health is fundamental!” .
