What are the Hip Exercises

Hip joint exercise methods include stepping in the air exercise, straight leg elevation exercise, hook foot exercise, internal and external rotation exercise, and so on. 1. Hip exercise: after lying on the back, the hip joint and knee joint are flexed at the same time, the calf is suspended in the air, and the legs are alternately flexed and extended for the wrist joint. It is suitable for patients with femoral head collapse, muscle atrophy and soft tissue adhesion of knee joint. 2. Straight leg raising exercise: Lie on your back and lift your calf upward with your knee straight, put down your calf after it hangs in the air for a while, and do it alternately with both legs. It is suitable for patients with lower limb muscle weakness and lower limb muscle atrophy. 3. Hook foot exercise: lie on your back with your knees straight, hook your toes to the dorsal side with force for a period of time and then slowly put them down, alternating between feet. Applicable to patients with calf muscle weakness, calf and thigh muscle atrophy. 4. Internal and external rotation exercise: lie on your back and then rotate your toes outward with force for about one minute, alternating between feet, for patients with limited knee abduction function.
