High eosinophils and basophils may be associated with certain allergic diseases such as bronchial asthma, urticaria, drug allergies and certain hematologic diseases such as chronic granulocytic leukemia. 1. Allergic diseases: such as bronchial asthma, urticaria, drug allergy, food allergy patients will have elevated eosinophils and basophils, such patients usually have a more acute onset of the disease, and the eosinophils and basophils can be gradually reduced to within the normal range after removing the allergen. 2. Hematologic diseases: For example, patients with chronic granulocytic leukemia may also have elevated eosinophils and basophils due to active bone marrow proliferation, mainly in the granulomatous lineage. Such patients should be treated with molecular targeted drugs (imatinib), interferon or stem cell transplantation under the guidance of doctors after a clear diagnosis. 3. Malignant tumors: especially metastatic cancer patients will also have elevated eosinophils and basophils. Warm reminder: if patients find that eosinophils and basophils are high, it is recommended to consult doctor in time, and treat actively after clear diagnosis.
