Severe gastric ulcers need to be given intravenous infusion of PPI inhibitors, which are preferred in China. the most common PPI inhibitors are omeprazole, pantoprazole, rabeprazole or esomeprazole and imported loxacor, which are of the same class and generally need to be given for 4-6 weeks as acid-suppressing drugs. the duration of this drug also varies according to the severity of the ulcer. Drugs for ulcer disease need to be given to protect the gastric mucosa and improve the repair of ulcer disease, such as rehabilitation new liquid, Metzolim, etc. Magnesium aluminum carbonate tablets are also helpful in neutralizing gastric acid while acting as a mucosal barrier. For severe gastric ulcers with combined peptic bleeding or atypical hyperplasia, treatment such as hemostasis and symptomatic support with rehydration is needed. Gastroscopy should be repeated and pathological histology should be obtained to further assist in the diagnosis and treatment.
