Eczema is an inflammation of the superficial dermis and epidermis caused by a variety of internal and external factors. The treatments for children’s eczema include general treatment, medication, physical therapy and so on.
1. General treatment: during the treatment period, we should strengthen the skin care, moisturize the skin, avoid scratching, and avoid using too hot water to clean the skin; at the same time, we should strengthen the management of the living environment, and avoid contacting with the suspected disease-causing factors, such as animal fur, dust mites and so on.
2. Drug treatment: children’s eczema can use some local topical drugs, such as glucocorticosteroids such as dieldrin cream, as well as pimecrolimus calcium-modulated neural phosphatase inhibitors, itching can be severe oral H₁ receptor antagonists: such as paracetamol, cetirizine and loratadine, and so on.
3. Physical therapy: children’s eczema can also take ultraviolet radiation, but children less than 12 years old should be used with caution.
If children have eczema, parents should take their children to the doctor for treatment in a timely manner, it is not recommended to use medication without authorization, so as not to delay the condition.
