Pemphigus vulgaris can be treated with general treatment, local medication, systemic medication and physical therapy under the guidance of doctors, through which the development of the disease can be controlled and hair growth can be promoted. 1. General treatment: maintain a pleasant mood, avoid tension and anxiety, and reduce the psychological burden by wearing wigs and hats to cover the baldness; eat a balanced diet, supplement protein, trace elements, vitamins and other substances; and actively treat diabetes, thyroid disease, neurasthenia and other pathologies that may lead to hair loss. 2. Local medication: under the guidance of the doctor, glucocorticoids such as halometasone and mometasone furoate can be used to carry out immunosuppressive and anti-inflammatory treatments; minoxidil has the effect of expanding local blood vessels and promoting hair regeneration; topical dithranol has the effect of anti-inflammation and immunosuppression. 3. Systemic medication: For patients with rapid progression of the disease and large extent of baldness, systemic treatment with glucocorticoid drugs such as dexamethasone and betamethasone can be considered. 4. Physical therapy: It mainly includes photodynamic therapy, ultraviolet irradiation, fractional carbon dioxide laser and other photoelectric treatment methods. It is recommended that patients with pemphigus vulgaris should consult a doctor in time and standardize the treatment under the doctor’s guidance, avoiding the use of medication privately, so as not to delay the condition, and pemphigus vulgaris has a longer course of treatment, which needs to be adhered to the treatment.
