Manifestations of post-capsulectomy failure

There are several possible manifestations of failure after pulpotomy: 1. persistent pain, severe pain, nocturnal pain and hot and cold irritation pain, which is a symptom of acute pulpitis, indicating that pulpotomy has failed and root canal treatment can be chosen; 2. may show tooth discoloration, pulp necrosis phenomenon, pulp necrosis performance in the electrical vitality test; 3. taking X-ray film shows the appearance of low density in the apical part of the tooth 3. X-rays may show low density images in the apical part of the tooth, or fistulas or pus flowing from the gum at the root of the tooth, bite pain and percussion pain. Root canal treatment can be chosen, which is defined as a manifestation of periapical periodontitis.
