Chinese herbs that are commonly used as tea substitutes include goji berries, fat sea water and chrysanthemums. 2. Fatty sea water is cold in nature, with the effect of inducing pharyngeal opening, clearing lungs and removing phlegm, moistening intestines and laxative. It is suitable for constipation, headache, cough and mute voice of lung heat. Attention to the spleen and stomach cold diarrhea should be taken with caution; its adverse effects and contraindications are not yet clear.
3. Chrysanthemum is slightly cold in nature, with the effects of clearing the liver and brightening the eyes, eliminating swelling and detoxification, clearing heat and dispersing wind. It is suitable for the first signs of wind-warmth, wind-heat cold, headache and fever, eye redness and swelling. Attention to qi deficiency, stomach cold, diarrhea should be taken with caution; its adverse reactions and contraindications are not yet clear.
Chinese medicine tea drink does not have the therapeutic efficacy of drugs, not for the treatment of disease, such as drinking adverse reactions, to stop drinking, and timely medical attention.
