Polycystic ovary syndrome

       Polycystic ovary syndrome is a multi-system metabolic disorder with typical clinical manifestations such as scanty menstruation or amenorrhea and hyperandrogenemia, which are often combined with obesity, insulin resistance and even glucose metabolism abnormalities; currently, there are two clinical types: obese and non-obese.  For this patient, it is recommended to review the sex hormone level on the second and third day of menstruation, and to test the thyroid function, glucose tolerance test and the corresponding insulin level, and to decide the next treatment plan according to the follow-up results.
