Molten glass nodules smaller than 8mm will be followed up regularly, while those larger than 8mm will be treated with antibiotics, anti-tuberculosis drugs, and anti-tumor therapy depending on the type of lung cancer, such as pneumonia, tuberculosis, and lung cancer.
1. If the ground-glass nodule is less than 8mm, treatment is usually not taken immediately, and regular follow-up is the main focus, and review after 6~12 months, depending on whether there is a change in size to take treatment.
2. If the nodule is larger than 8mm, first of all, carry out blood tests to clarify whether there is pneumonia, and then use ceftriaxone and other antibiotics to treat the nodule after the diagnosis is clarified according to the results of sputum culture.
3. If it is caused by tuberculosis, tuberculin test, sputum culture and other tests should be carried out, and anti-tuberculosis drugs such as rifampicin should be taken for treatment.
4. If lung cancer is clearly diagnosed after fiberoptic bronchoscopy and pathological examination, radiotherapy or surgery will be adopted.
