The tumors of the urinary system are often seen in elderly patients, and the combination of tumor infection can cause bleeding with stabbing pain during urination. If there is no co-infection, it only shows bleeding and is usually not accompanied by painful urination. 4. Trauma, seen in the lower abdomen or urethral trauma, can cause contusion of the urethra and cause painful urination with bleeding, usually with a clear history of injury.
