Crooked nasal deformity can be caused by a variety of etiologies is a common nasal disorder in plastic surgery. Acquired crooked nasal deformities are mainly classified as traumatic or non-traumatic, with external violence predisposing to nasal bone fractures and may be accompanied by misaligned septal cartilage fractures. Crooked nasal deformities range from subtle asymmetry of the nose due to unilateral displacement of the lateral nasal cartilage to severe deformities of the entire nasal bones, lateral nasal cartilage, nasal tip and deviation of the nasal septum. According to the different clinical features of traumatic crooked nose, different surgical methods are used for different types of crooked nasal deformities after careful analysis of the morphological characteristics of the external nose and the nasal cavity. The surgical approach mainly involves nasal osteotomy, septoplasty and nasal chondroplasty to correct the deformities of the nasal bones, nasal septum and cartilage parts, and the surgical approach differs for different types of crooked nose.
