Do I need adjuvant chemotherapy after surgery for stage II colon cancer?

Patients with stage II colon cancer have a relatively good prognosis. The need for postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy and the chemotherapy regimen depend on whether the patient has high-risk factors or not. For patients with high-risk factors, postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy with oxaliplatin + 5-fluorouracil + calcium folinic acid, or capecitabine alone or 5-fluorouracil + calcium folinic acid may be considered.
