Classical lobular breast cancer T2 means that the maximum diameter of the tumor may have reached 2CM, but has not exceeded 5CM or equal to 5CM; N₂ means that the ipsilateral axillary enlarged lymph nodes are fused with each other or adhered to the surrounding tissues; M₀ means that there is no distant metastasis. As far as we can tell, the diameter of the tumor is not particularly small, and if left untreated, the tumor may continue to expand and the cancer cells may metastasize. This type of classic lobular breast cancer is more serious and can be dangerous to the patient’s life, so it should be taken seriously. Classical lobular breast cancer should be treated with comprehensive treatment with surgery, and radiotherapy, radiotherapy and endocrine therapy according to pathologic typing after surgery.
