It has long been believed that exercise can prevent back pain; in fact, recent studies have found that incorrect exercise. Instead, activity increases the chances of developing back pain. We promote: swimming, walking, bicycling and low-impact activities that can prevent back pain while benefiting overall health. Also note the following: 1. Sit-ups can reduce back pain. 2, stretching exercises to help reduce muscle tension in the back. 3, pelvic tilt to help relieve tension in the back muscles. 4, standing: keep the trunk correct standing posture, should not stand for a long time, do not wear high heels. 5, sitting: office chairs, car seats should have good lumbar back support. If not, a small pillow or rolled-up towel can be used to provide adequate support for the lumbar region. 6, sleep: mattress soft and hard to moderate. Mattress too soft or hard mattress, can occur low back pain. 7, lifting heavy objects: do not try to lift too heavy objects. Keep your back straight, head up, keep the object close to you, don’t bend your back, bend your knees and tighten your abdominal muscles when you stand up.
