Cervical TCT benign reactive cell changes (inflammation), which refers to cervical cytology findings of inflammation, represents the absence of intraepithelial neoplasia or cervical cancer. If the patient does not have any adverse manifestations, no treatment is needed and TCT and HPV screening are done every three years; if the cervical TCT is mildly inflammatory reactive cell change and the patient is accompanied by abnormal leucorrhea, itching, odor and other manifestations of inflammatory disease, examination of vaginal secretions or cervical secretions can be performed and symptomatic treatment can be given if there is an associated pathogenic infection. Additional precautions: 1. pay attention to vulva cleanliness, wash vulva with warm water every day, try to wear cotton, loose underwear, underwear in the sun; 2. prohibit sex during treatment, keep a happy mood, strengthen physical exercise, improve immunity; 3. eat a light diet, avoid eating spicy and stimulating food, increase nutrition in a balanced way, eat more fresh fruits, vegetables, milk, eggs, pork, etc.
