White particles found after turning the eyelids are usually a sign of conjunctival calculi, which is a common ophthalmological condition, usually accompanied by chronic inflammation of the conjunctiva, caused by calcification of the subconjunctival lipid deposits, and can cause a significant foreign body sensation in the eye. For the treatment of this condition, it is recommended that in the early stage or when the symptoms are not very obvious, conservative treatment with sensitive antibiotic drugs, such as levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops, can be chosen and most of the stones can be discharged on their own. If, after conservative treatment, the stone cannot be discharged on its own and causes a significant foreign body sensation, it can be treated surgically in the hospital. This is a very simple operation in which the conjunctival stone is picked out from under the conjunctiva with the needle of an empty needle, and then antibiotic drops are applied for 2-3 days to restore normalcy.
