Symptoms of Strain Injury

A strain is mainly a strain of the muscles of the whole body, but the most common one is the strain of the muscles of the neck and shoulder or the lumbar region. In the case of neck and shoulder or lumbar muscle strain, it usually manifests as localized muscle pain. These pains are usually more widespread, and the symptoms will improve when pressure is applied or when local massage or tui-na is done. If chronic local aseptic inflammation occurs, there may also be a sudden acute onset of pain in the area of the strain, accompanied by redness, swelling, and heat. If the muscle strain occurs in the limbs, it usually manifests as localized muscle pain, and the pain will be more severe when standing or exerting for a long time, and will be relieved or disappear after rest.
