How to restore urinary drive

Physical methods, sacral neuromodulation therapy, indwelling catheter and medication can be used to restore bladder urodynamics.
1. Physical methods: For example, localized irradiation of the bladder area helps to improve bladder blood supply and tissue nutrition as well as bladder function, which is conducive to the restoration of urodynamics.
2. Sacral neuromodulation therapy: By utilizing weak electrical impulses to modulate the abnormal sacral reflexes, it is used to restore the weak bladder contraction caused by neurogenic bladder.
3. Indwelling catheter: to make the bladder empty completely in 1~2 weeks, which is helpful to restore the bladder function weakness after prostate hyperplasia and urethral stricture causing urinary retention.
4. Medication: Oral medication such as brompheniramine and clofibratecholine to promote the restoration of bladder urodynamics.
If it is necessary to restore urodynamics, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time and operate or use medication under the guidance of the physician, and not to do it by oneself, so as not to cause adverse consequences.
