Which is more serious, non-gonorrhea or gonorrhea?

Non-gonorrhea and gonorrhea can easily co-exist clinically and it is not possible to compare which disease is more serious. Non-gonorrhea is caused by Chlamydia and Mycoplasma infections, while gonorrhea is caused by Neisseria gonorrhoeae. Non-gonorrhea clinically causes mostly urethritis in men and mucocervicitis in women. Gonorrhea clinically mostly manifests as acute gonorrhea in men, which is the manifestation of urethritis, and acute gonorrhea in women mainly manifests as infection of the cervix and urethra. However, for gonorrhea, a few gonorrhea patients can have systemic disseminated gonococcal infection with generalized fever and chills, such as skin damage near the joints of the extremities, and on the basis of petechiae, pustules, hemorrhagic blisters and necrosis can appear, as well as arthritis, tenosynovitis, pericarditis and pericarditis. Both gonorrhea and non-gonorrhea are very troublesome for women with pregnancy needs because they tend to cause tubal inflammation and endometritis in women, which can lead to ectopic pregnancy, infertility, and repeated miscarriages.
