Typical Symptoms of Stomach Cancer

Symptoms of early gastric cancer are atypical and similar to gastritis or gastric ulcer, which may be manifested as epigastric discomfort, belching or nausea, vomiting, and feeling of fullness after eating and drinking. Typical symptoms of gastric cancer mostly occur in the progressive stage, which mainly include: 1) fatigue, weight loss, anemia; 2) obvious pain in the upper abdomen, which cannot be relieved by regular acid-suppressing agents or reappears after relief; 3) further invasion to the surrounding tissues, which can cause pain in the lower back, bone pain, ascites, jaundice and so on. 4) when further development, the mass can be touched in the upper abdomen, as well as black stools, vomiting of blood and so on.
