The usual surgical method for phimosis is circumcision. Circumcision refers to a surgical procedure in which part of the foreskin is removed to allow full exposure of the head of the penis. The main surgical methods are dorsal cut circumcision, sleeve circumcision, circumciser circumcision and so on. 1. Dorsal cut circumcision: first disinfect the penis and glans, then cut the foreskin longitudinally in the middle of the dorsal side of the foreskin to 5-10mm from the coronal sulcus, so that the foreskin can be turned upward freely, and then close the wound after removing the foreskin scum and secretion. 2. Sleeve circumcision: in the natural state of the foreskin in the coronal groove at the distal end of 5 ~ 10mm in the outer plate of the foreskin to make a circular incision, then turn up the foreskin in the coronal proximal end of the 5 ~ 10mm in the inner plate of the foreskin to make another circular incision, the epidermis between the two incisions peeled off, and then suture. 3. Circumcision with circumciser: This is a convenient way to use the circumciser to cover the foreskin and then rotate it, so that the foreskin can be removed and sutured at the same time. Other surgical methods are also available for the treatment of phimosis, and it is recommended that patients go to a regular hospital in time and follow the doctor’s instructions.
