In normal men, the head of the penis is exposed when the foreskin is weak. Even if it is not fully exposed, at least most of the head of the penis can be exposed on its own. The color of the normal foreskin is darker than normal skin, and the mucous membrane of the inner plate of the foreskin is slightly pink or slightly white.
If the foreskin covers all of the head of the penis and the opening of the urethra, and can be turned upward to expose the head of the penis, then it is called phimosis. If the opening of the foreskin is narrow and the foreskin cannot be turned to expose the head of the penis, it is called phimosis.
Men need to regularly turn the foreskin to the coronal sulcus to fully expose the glans. Perform cleaning and turn the foreskin back after cleaning. If the foreskin is too long, there will be a buildup of foreskin scale, and repeated irritation can lead to redness and increased discharge.
When a man has a prepuce or a long foreskin, it is recommended to go to the hospital for further treatment under the guidance of a doctor.
