Whether cervical cancer cannot be operated is very serious or not depends on the specific reasons for not being able to operate and the stage of cervical cancer. If it is early stage cervical cancer combined with contraindications to operation, surgery cannot be done, which is not very serious at this time; if it is late stage cervical cancer with metastasis that leads to inoperable, it is relatively more serious.
1. Not very serious: cervical cancer is a malignant tumor in the cervix, if it is inoperable, not all patients are in the late stage, but some of the patients may not be able to be operated due to unsuitable physical condition and contraindications to surgery.
If it is early stage cervical cancer, such as stage 1B3 to 2A2, this kind of situation can be treated with radical radiotherapy and systemic chemotherapy, and it is possible to be cured, which is not very serious.
2. More serious: if the cervical cancer cannot be operated because it has already reached the advanced stage with metastasis in the whole body, which is more serious, the chance of operation has been lost, and the patient can only prolong his/her survival period through palliative radiotherapy and systemic chemotherapy.
For the same disease, patients with different physical conditions and different stages of the disease have different treatment methods, and should be treated in a standardized way under the guidance of doctors.
